-The note I saw on the fridge this morning, in my husband's handwriting: "Did you do devotions today?" He's taking the initiative to encourage us to do devotions together and individually every day. We've started reading the book of Acts together.
-Thus, I'm also thankful that my husband is taking his role as the spiritual leader of our little family seriously, and encouraging me in my relationship with Christ.
-Lemons. Yep. I love how they taste, and I used the squeezed lemons to scrub and freshen my sink.
-My vacuum. It does such a good job!
-The pretty flowers on the bookshelf that Hubby gave me for my birthday.
-Caller ID. This way, I know when Hubby calls and I can say "Hey, sweetheart!" without having to worry about if it's my mother-in-law or the landlord.
-Our new CORDLESS phone!! (!!!!!)
-Flannel sheets. Bliss.
-Forgiveness.
-Tears.
-The gift of prayer.
-Anticipation.
-Healing.
-Clean dishes.
-More experienced bloggers.
-My husband's hugs.
What a wonderful list! I love to scrub the kitchen sink with squeezed lemons too. I am always glad when a recipe calls for fresh lemon juice because it means my sink is going to smell great too.
ReplyDeleteOooo.... I'll have to try the kichen-sink-lemon-thing. How wonderful to have your husband be both your accountability and encouragement! Fabulous list... thanks for joining in this week!
